Web Mail Management - Using Management tool, modify user grade and mail quota.
- Support User Defined Settings
- Web mail includes that Inbox, Sent Mail, Trash, Spam files, etc, and can be added other folders.
- Mail Classified Receive
- Save designee mail or assigned keyword to assigned folder or bulletin broad.
- Anti‐Spam E‐mail Filtering
- The basic Spam filtering is judging the mail server communication path, then you can set up the filtering judgment rules such as Mail Title, Contacts, mail contents or other condition.
- SEGIO Messenger Real‐time Confirm
- If using SEGIO Messenger, you can receive mail alarm synchronous.
- Support of POP3 Mails
- POP3 is default service type. Outlook or other mail client can be used at the same time .
- Logo and Mark
- Logo, Mark, Homepage or other information can be added at web mail upside.

- Allow users to use multiple languages simultaneously for edit operations (English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc). Avoid messy code.

- WYSIWYG is an acronym for ‘what you see is what you get’ editor, easy to edit document, add video file or image file, then adjust the location, magnitude of contents or images file. You can choose either HTML mode or TEXT mode for system non‐support HTML.

- User can add and manage mail folders; User can use the bulk sending function for group send; User can make contacts book to connect to Groupware or Messenger; User can make their information to share.
- SEGIO SMS service
- SEGIO SMS is prepayment service. You can use variety functions such as SendScheduler, Bulk Address Addition (Excel, CSV), Message Confirm, Icon Management, Group Organization Management, etc.
