SEGIO web solution provides the POP3 service that can implement the SEGIO mail communication via mobile terminal machine, OUTLOOK or other emailers. Meanwhile, SEGIO mobile office provides the mobile schedule, mobile groupware, or other mobile service more than emailing.

1. Press the icon, "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" at the Setting area, then press “Add Account”
2. Press “Other” then chose “Add Mail Account”.

3. At the “New Account” screen, type the necessary information then press “Next”.
• Name: Email display name
• Address: user ID @ domain address
• Password: user login password
4. Choose the “POP” at next screen.
5. Type the pertinent information at the “Incoming Mail Server”.
Host Name: type used host name.
User Name: User name or nickname.
6. Type the pertinent information at “Outgoing Mail Server” area, at the same page.

* SEGIO has defined the POP3 mail transmission as the inaction. (Control the spam mails)
Use the usual IP address like office ID or family internet Gateway IP can enforce the mail transmission security.
Type IP address at system path ” /etc/postfix/main.cf ⇒ mynetworks”
7. SSL port designation can be set at the “Advanced” menu. Certificate all selections and end the setting.

8. After addition operation, enter the “Setting -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts” then choose the new account name to confirm the detail information about POP3, SMTP server address, SSL status, Server Port, etc.

• Server Port: 110(Default port) - * Note: set port numbers according to used Intracells. (using SEGIO hosting version)

• Server Port : 25(Default port)

* Enter to system path “/etc/shttpd/conf/hosts.conf” and find the Pop3port issue or turn to “Management tool > SEGIO management > Host setting” via the Web page, do the modification operation.
